By accessing and using the website and services provided by infprotrixan AS (registration number CVR41256397), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all users of our website, including visitors, customers, and any other users of our restaurant kitchen productivity analytics tools and related services.

Description of Services

infprotrixan provides restaurant kitchen productivity analytics tools and related services to help restaurant operators optimise their kitchen operations, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Real-time kitchen performance analytics and monitoring
• Cost optimisation and waste reduction analysis
• Staff performance and training analytics
• Menu engineering and profitability analysis
• Consultation and support services

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or using our services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services
• Respect the intellectual property rights of infprotrixan and third parties

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' advance notice.

Intellectual Property

The infprotrixan website, software, analytics tools, and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software code, are the property of infprotrixan AS and are protected by Danish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by infprotrixan without restriction or compensation to you.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your business data that you input into our systems. infprotrixan will not use your proprietary business data for any purpose other than providing our services to you, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, infprotrixan AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components that may be transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to infprotrixan in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Denmark, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.

Termination

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, though you will remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, we will provide you with the opportunity to export your data for a period of 30 days, after which your data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

Modification of Terms

infprotrixan reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
